Bengaluru, June 3: Karnataka Chief Minister D. K. Shivakumar announced a six-point “Youth Era” plan, including free bus passes for students, a private employment exchange, 10,000 youth associations with ₹10 lakh grants each, a solution to OC–CC issues, statewide B Khata to A Khata conversion, and ₹2,000 crore for Bengaluru road asphalting. He also said the government will formulate a policy to address farmers’ concerns after consulting experts.
