Yoga Training Program as Part of International Yoga Day


As a prelude to the celebration of International Yoga Day, the Karnataka State Women’s Development Corporation, in collaboration with Art Cultural Educational Enlight Foundation, organized a Yoga Training Program.

Officers, staff members of the Corporation, and women participants actively took part in various yoga activities, including laughing therapy, yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation.
Mrs. Ambika C., a multiple world record holder and yoga instructor, guided the participants through the yoga sessions and highlighted the importance of yoga and its positive impact on health and well-being.
The program was graced by Mrs. G. Padmavati, Chairman, Karnataka State Women’s Development Corporation, and Ex-Mayor, BBMP, as the Chief Guest. On this occasion, Mrs. Akkamahadevi, General Manager (Administration), Karnataka State Women’s Development Corporation, along with the Corporation’s managers, officers, and staff, participated and contributed to the success of the program.


During the program, it was emphasized that yoga is an effective tool for enhancing physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and that incorporating yoga into daily life is essential for leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle.


The program concluded successfully.
