*CM D.K. Shivakumar’s Metro Journey* And Tour in Kanakapura


Bengaluru, June 7: Chief Minister D. K. Shivakumar travelled by Metro from Vidhana Soudha to Kanakapura Road on Sunday to meet people from his constituency. He interacted with passengers, took selfies with youngsters, gave chocolates to a child, and spoke with students and senior citizens.
Addressing the media, he said it was his duty to thank and serve the people who had supported him for the last 40 years. He also announced that separate officers would be appointed to address constituency grievances.
On the LPG cylinder price hike, he said he had sought a report and would respond after reviewing it, adding that increases in industrial gas and diesel prices were also a matter of concern.
