Dr. Kavya S Honoured with “Shikshana Ratna Puraskar” – 2026
Dr. Kavya S, Founder and Director of Shree Garbha – Garbhasamskara, has received the prestigious International Shikshana Ratna Puraskar–2026 for her contributions to education, women’s empowerment, and maternal healthcare.
The award was presented on October 15, 2026, at Nayana Kannada Bhavana, Bengaluru, during the International Teachers’ Day celebration organised by the Art Cultural Educational Enlight Foundation and Shikshana Ratna.
An Ayurvedic physician, yoga instructor, childbirth educator, and lactation expert, Dr. Kavya has guided thousands of women and couples through fertility education, Garbhasamskara, pregnancy wellness, and postnatal care.
Her achievements have also been recognised through several honours, including the Yoga Ratna Award, Seva Ratna Award, Yogaacharva Award, Stri Kasturi Award from Karnataka Sahitya Parishad, Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar Award, and Vaidyashree Award
Her work through Shree Garbha integrates Ayurveda, Yoga, and modern obstetric knowledge to empower women and promote healthier families.
