The award was presented by His Excellency Judge Leonardo Brant, Judge, International Court of Justice, The Hague, Netherlands, at the International Conference on “Judicial Responsibility in Protection of Human Rights and Promotion of Peace and Justice”, organised by the Indian Conference of Intellectuals (ICI) on 30th August 2026 at The Capitol Hotel, Bengaluru.
