Art Cultural Educational Enlight Foundation (R) in collaboration with the Department of Kannada and Culture, Government of Karnataka, organized cultural programs as part of Sri Krishna Janmashtami on 6 September 2026 at the Rangasthala Auditorium of M.G. Road Metro Station, Bengaluru.
On this occasion, the founder of the organization Ambika C and the organization were present and played an important role in making the program a success.
The program mainly included Yakshagana and cultural dances.
Especially the Yaksha Sanjeevini troupe’s Kamsa Vadhe mythological Yakshagana drama was wonderfully performed. The adventure story of Sri Krishna’s Leela Vinod, Chanura, Mushtika, Kamsa Vadhe was told time and time again.
Putani Vaishnaviya – Swagatham Krishna – Bharatanatyam was very beautiful.
Mrs. Lakshmi Devi’s dance was very beautiful.
Kishore and his team’s dance performance of Sri Krishna Bala Leela attracted the attention of the audience. The costumes of the little children as Sri Krishna appeared before their eyes as if Sri Krishna himself. The parents enjoyed watching the little children dressed up as Sri Krishna.
Thus, the Yakshagana and dance performances of the artists wonderfully brought the stories of the incarnations of Sri Krishna to life. The audience was amazed and enjoyed their performance.
