Praggnanandhaa wins Norway Chess 2026 title

Oslo, June 5: Indian Grandmaster R Praggnanandhaa clinched the Norway Chess 2026 title after defeating Vincent Keymer in the final-round classical game. He finished first with 18 points, ahead of Wesley So (17) and Alireza Firouzja (15.5).

In Norway Chess Women, Bibisara Assaubayeva secured the title with 16.5 points, while Zhu Jiner finished second and Anna Muzychuk took third place.
