Trayam is more than just a place to eat; it’s where families and friends come together. With the tagline, “3 Generations, 1 Table,” the restaurant offers a thoughtfully curated menu that caters to all ages and tastes. Whether you’re in the mood for Pan-Asian, Continental, or Indian cuisine, there’s something for everyone to enjoy, making it the perfect dining destination for families spanning multiple generations.
The diverse menu offers something for everyone. Begin with Monks Cap, a starter made from mushroom, Dynamit Tofu or Grilled Garlic Paneer. Move to the Kasundi Adraki Aloo gravy and pair that with an assortment of Southern-style Beetroot, Palak and Carrot Pooris or steaming-hot Paddu. For a healthy bite, we suggest the Ragi Ghee Roast dosa. And the spicy noodle dish Mee Laksa, takes you on a delicious trip to Malayasia.
The dessert selections are just as delightful from the classic Thai Red Ruby dessert with water chestnuts and coconut cream to Fried Ice Cream with its crispy shell and dreamy ice cream.
Founders Sathish Kakal and Ina Kakal have ensured that Trayam is a multi-sensory experience with culinary expression at its best. “We believe Bengalureans are connoisseurs of good food and want their dining out to leave a lasting memory. We wanted to harness ingredients and techniques from not just India but the world, to get folks to savour a one-of-a-kind destination.”
