Cultural Folk Artists Shine at Navratri Dance Festival

The Navratri Dance Festival, organized by Ambika C, founder of the Art Cultural Educational Enlight Foundation, was held at Ravindra Kalakshetra, JC Road, Bengaluru, celebrating India’s cultural richness and artistic traditions.
The festival showcased the talents of nearly 50 artists who performed a vibrant repertoire of classical and folk art forms, including Bharatanatyam and Yakshagana, along with the soulful recitation of verses from the Bhagavad Gita. The evening highlighted the depth and diversity of India’s artistic heritage, offering audiences a glimpse into the country’s timeless traditions.
Prominent personalities graced the occasion, including veteran Kannada film actor and director S. Narayan, and BK Prasanna, founder of Sikahanaratna and VK Digital Media. Their presence lent inspiration to the performers and reaffirmed the significance of cultural preservation through art.
Speaking on the occasion, Ambika C emphasized the role of festivals in fostering spirituality and unity through artistic expression. She noted that the Navratri Dance Festival is not only a platform for artists to present their skills but also a celebration of devotion, tradition, and harmony.
