DG NCC VISITS NCC DIRECTORATE KARNATAKA AND GOA, BANGALORE

The Director General of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Lt General GP Singh PVSM, AVSM, VSM concluded a two-day visit to the Karnataka and Goa NCC Directorate on 08 April 25. During the visit, he reviewed the performance of the Directorate and appreciated the efforts put in towards winning the PM’s trophy for the best performance in 2024-25.

He chaired key discussions with Deputy Director General(DDG), Group Commanders and Directorate HQ staff on NCC expansion, effective training and optimal fund utilization to enhance cadet activities. He Emphasized the need for setting up of a NCC Training Academy by the State Govt.

He interacted with cadets and NCC staff and highlighted the future developments in NCC and urged the cadets to “never give up”. In his address DG motivated cadets to join armed forces and be responsible citizens of the nation. He felicitated cadets and staff of NCC Directorate Karnataka & Goa in recognition of their exemplary contributions. The visit included interaction with GOC and Staff of HQ Karnataka and Kerala Sub Area.
