 A modern and independent Nation can be built with the support of contemporary knowledge and education that encourages Indian culture, said Governor Thawarchand Gehlot.

Participating at the valedictory of St. Joseph’s College of Commerce (autonomous) Golden Jubilee Celebrations he said that in order to uphold the unity of the country the education system must encompass Indian culture and values. The youth should come together to shape a bright and beautiful future.

We are in the golden era. The suggestions and principles laid down by Prime Minister Narendra Modi must be followed. The new National Education Policy (NEP) plays a crucial role in shaping the bright future of the next-gen, added Governor.

The achievement of education in the era of startups is immense. Further, the role of education cannot be discounted in the Education and IT revolution field. The future should be built on this solid foundation, he emphasized.

St. Joseph’s Education institution has a rich heritage of 139 years. It has developed a niche for itself in the industry.

Education has played a pivotal role in the era of startups. The alumni of this institution have made a real mark for themselves in the field of the judiciary, civil service, and sports, he recalled. The university has had NAAC accreditation to its credit since 2000 and it has a 5-star rating.
